The Ice-O-Matic CIM0436FAS full-cube ice machine head produces as much as 465 pounds of ice daily when operating conditions are ideal. In less than ideal environments, it makes closer to 350 pounds. To streamline installation, the air-cooled condenser is self-contained, and its dual exhaust discharges air from the top and side to enable setups against a wall. This unit includes built-in PURE ICE® antimicrobial that slows the formation of bacteria, and its food zone has removable components that are dishwasher safe.
A Smart LED light in the Ice-O-Matic CIM0436FAS ice machine informs employees when cleaning is required. With the simple push of a button, sanitizing and descaling can be performed, and the food zone is made of plastic so it can be wiped down efficiently. Overall, this unit measures 30.25 inches wide by 24.25 inches deep by 21.25 inches high. This unit includes SafeIce, a built-in UV light that minimizes yeast, bacteria, and other microorganisms during ice production.
