True TSSU-27-08D-2-ADA-HC 27" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The True TSSU-27-08D-2-ADA sandwich/salad prep table has one section with two drawers, each of which can hold one full-size food pan. Each drawer has a 12-inch recessed handle and a one-piece magnetic gasket that can be easily removed without tools for cleaning. The drawers are constructed of durable, easy-to-clean stainless steel, and the interior liner is made of clear-coated aluminum with a stainless steel floor and coved corners.

This unit's oversized and balanced refrigeration works with the high-density polyurethane insulation to ensure temperatures remain at safe levels in the cabinet as well as the food pans. The ¹⁄₅-HP compressor and large evaporator uses efficient R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and the large fan blades move air efficiently. To properly maintain cool product temperatures, a self-cleaning feature along with routine maintenance keeps the condensing coil operating efficiently. Each time the compressor starts, the fan motor reverses to remove dirt, debris, and dust from the coil. A clean coil also helps to lengthen the unit's lifespan. The evaporator is epoxy-coated and the fan motor is sealed and self-lubricating to reduce maintenance, but when service is needed, the condenser can be slid out of the back of the unit for easy access.
