The True TSSU-27-12M-B-ADA-HC prep table has a refrigerated base with nine sixth-size pans and three ninth-size pans in the top cutout. These pans are made of clear polycarbonate, and a stainless steel, insulated lid sits over the compartment to protect ingredients when not in use. Additional product can be stored in the refrigerated base, and because of the evaporator fan motor and large fan blades, cold air is evenly distributed throughout the cabinet. Maintained by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant in the capillary tube system, the set temperature ranges from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. When maintenance is needed, the condenser is accessible from the rear.
When implemented alongside regular maintenance, the reverse condensing fan motor ensures the unit operates at peak efficiency. This feature begins automatically each time the compressor starts up, blowing in reverse for 20 seconds to rid the condensing coil of dust and debris. When the coil is kept clean, the unit runs using less energy and improved product temperatures.
For strength and durability, the exterior is made of stainless steel, while the interior is aluminum to resist corrosion. Its stainless steel floor has coved corners to prevent food particles from getting trapped, facilitating cleanup. If the operator needs to clean under the cabinet, it can be moved because it is mounted on 3-inch-diameter castors. This True TSSU-27-12M-B-ADA-HC prep table includes a polyethylene cutting board that runs the length of the unit, providing a place where meals and ingredients can be prepared.
