This refrigerated prep table is made specifically to optimize your back-of-house operations and make assembling and preparing foods like sandwiches and salads quick and easy for efficient service. Both the exterior and the interior are constructed with durable stainless steel, and with four 6" stem casters, two with locks, this unit is easy to transport wherever it may be needed in your kitchen.

The refrigerated pan rail can be used to hold prepared ingredients for sandwich or salad assembly and can accommodate (8) 1/6 size pans each with a 4" depth, and it comes with a full set of clear plastic pans to get you started. 6" deep pans can also be accommodated in this space. A removable stainless steel guard simplifies the cleanup process at the end of a shift, while a lift-up lid encloses the top of the pan rail to maintain proper, food safe temperatures and prevent contamination. A 27" x 10" cutting board provides a convenient place for food assembly.

Beneath this workspace is additional refrigerated storage space for backup items or food that is not ready to go on the line. This refrigerated cabinet features 2 heavy-duty drawers. The drawers have 16 gauge stainless steel slides and frames with acetal rollers. The top drawer can hold up to 1 full size pan and (2) 1/4 size pans, while the bottom drawer can hold 1 full size pan. Additionally, 2" CFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation ensures that the temperature stays within its setpoint range of 32 to 52 degrees Fahrenheit. The interior of this unit includes an adjustable epoxy-coated aluminum shelf for increased organization.

This unit operates with a 1/5 hp refrigeration system that circulates environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain safe temperatures. R290 refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business. Additionally, this refrigerated prep table has an innovative front breathing refrigeration system that requires zero clearance around the sides and back and works to maintain even cooling throughout the unit. A 115V electrical connection is required for operation.
