Increase the refrigerated storage capacity in your kitchen with the Hoshizaki Steelheart B Series UF27B-01 27" undercounter refrigerator with a door lock! Made with a durable stainless steel exterior and interior, this unit is built to withstand tough, busy kitchen environments with ease.
The self-closing door boasts a high-grade stainless steel exterior with an ABS interior liner. The door is spring-assisted with a 90 degree stay-open feature to easily load and unload product and has a magnetic gasket to reduce temperature loss. This gasket is protected by a "stepped" door design and is removable for cleaning. An extruded aluminum, flush-mounted handle makes the door easy to open while the cylinder lock controls access to product. Plus, this door features a field reversible design to best accommodate your space.
This refrigerator is tested to perform in ambient temperatures of 100 degrees Fahrenheit and consistently maintains temperatures between 32 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit for efficient operation. This model has an innovative air flow design that helps to ensure even cooling in every part of the cabinet. The cabinet and door have 2" thick CFC-free, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, and the 1/6 hp refrigeration system runs on eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, making it an environmentally responsible choice for your business.
One 22" x 16" epoxy-coated shelf is included to organize product and is adjustable in 1/2" increments to best fit your product. This unit also comes with 4" casters, making the refrigerator easy to move as needed. Two of these casters include brakes, steadying the unit for safe use. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation and comes with a 10' cord and plug.
