Beneath the worktop is additional storage space with 2 pull-out, 16-gauge drawer slides on acetal rollers. The top drawer can hold (1) 12" x 20" full size pan and (2) 1/4 size pans, while the bottom drawer can hold (1) full size pan. Each drawer is insulated with 2" CFC-free, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation and features a removable gasket, ensuring a tight seal that will keep products cold until use. Not to mention, the magnetic gasket design and extruded aluminum flush mount door handle make maintenance and operation easier.
