This model features a field reversible self-closing, stay-open door for efficient workflow in your prep area. The door design also features a flush mount door handle, magnetic door gasket, and an exclusive stepped design that helps to protect the gasket. Inside, this refrigerator has one epoxy coated shelf to help you organize your ingredients and best utilize the spacious interior.

This model also features two pull-out drawers with 16 gauge stainless steel heavy-duty frames, slides, and acetal rollers for convenient cold storage. The top drawer can hold 1 full size pan and (2) 1/4 pans. The bottom drawer will hold up to 1 full size pan. Each drawer is insulated to help keep the contents cold and has a removable gasket that ensures a tight seal.
