The Ice-O-Matic CIM0320FA/B55PS full-cube ice maker with bin has removable food zone components that are dishwasher safe. Users can activate the sanitizing and descaling process with the push of a button, while PURE ICE® antimicrobial protection inhibits the growth of bacteria to reduce germ spread. Using an LED display, the unit provides updates about the system's status, for operator monitoring.
To access stored ice, the Ice-O-Matic CIM0320FA/B55PS ice maker with bin has a sloped door hinged from the top. The bin holds as much as 510 pounds of ice, while the head makes from 244 to 313 pounds daily depending on ambient temperature and other environmental conditions. To prevent ice from melting while it's stored, the bin is insulated with foam, and to provide durability, its exterior is constructed of aluminum.
