Able to perform digital diagnostics, the Ice-O-Matic CIM0330FA/B40PS ice maker notifies users when cleaning is needed through its LED status lights. To streamline cleaning, the machine can self-sanitize and descale with the push of a button. It can produce as much as 313 pounds of ice each day under favorable conditions, and the matching bin can store as much as 344 pounds.
The Ice-O-Matic CIM0330FA/B40PS operates with an air-cooled system that features dual exhaust for improved heat management. Its condenser is self-contained, providing a compact footprint and simplifying installation procedures. To resist the growth of microbes, the unit is treated with an antimicrobial enhancement; its interior food zone is made of smooth plastic that doesn't have small crevices for bacterial residue to accumulate.
