This Ice-O-Matic CIM0330FAS Elevation Series™ modular cube ice maker can produce as much as 316 pounds of full-cube ice per day when ambient air is 70 degrees Fahrenheit and incoming water is 50 degrees Fahrenheit. It generates full-cube ice, which is ideal for sodas, cocktails, and hotel ice machines because it melts slowly without diluting the drink. With its air-cooled system, it releases hot air from the side and top of the unit, while the self-contained design simplifies installation. It uses R404A refrigerant to maintain temperatures.
To ensure the Ice-O-Matic CIM0330FAS ice cube maker head is clean for future applications, it's built with Agion® antimicrobial agent to inhibit the growth of mold, bacteria, and other germs. To further streamline cleaning, users can sanitize and descale components with the one-touch controls. The Universal Smart Harness™ system includes digital diagnostics so operators can determine when servicing is required, and the smart LED light displays status and cleaning requirements. Designed to fit atop an ice machine bin, this unit measures 30.25 inches wide by 24.25 inches deep by 21.25 inches high.
