Designed for use with an ice bin (sold separately), the Ice-O-Matic CIM0330HAS Elevation Series™ half-cube ice machine head measures 30.25 inches wide by 24.25 inches wide by 21.25 inches deep. This unit is self-contained to simplify installation, and because it uses a dual-exhaust mechanism to release hot air from the side and top of the unit, it can be installed in a variety of areas. To streamline operative controls, its Universal Smart Harness™ control board displays digital diagnostics, while its smart LED light provides information on machine status and cleaning requirements. Agion® antimicrobial built into the unit slows bacterial growth between cleanings, and operators can sanitize and descale the unit with one-touch controls.
This Ice-O-Matic CIM0330HAS ice machine head produces half-cube ice—ideal for soft drinks, smoothies, and frozen cocktails. This type of ice cools a beverage faster than full-cube ice and displaces larger amounts of liquid, which can help the operator save money. When the ambient air is 70 degrees Fahrenheit and incoming water is 50 degrees Fahrenheit, it can produce 313 pounds of half-cube ice. It's also able to operate in ambient temperatures from 50 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit and water temperatures from 40 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
