To streamline installation, the Ice-O-Matic CIM0430FA/B55PS ice machine with bin has a self-contained condenser. It can produce as much as 435 pounds of ice daily, and the bin can store 510 pounds of ice for later use. For cleaning, employees can push a button to perform sanitizing and descaling, while the food zone components can be removed and placed in the dishwasher. Slowing the growth of bacteria, the unit is coated with PURE ICE® antimicrobial.
For monitoring purposes, the Ice-O-Matic CIM0430FA/B55PS full-cube ice maker with bin has an LED screen that displays the unit's operating status. Offering the durability needed for repeated use, the bin is made of aluminum. The inside is lined with polyethylene to resist corrosion and is insulated to ensure ice doesn't melt quickly during storage. It's positioned on sturdy 6-inch legs for elevation.
