The Ice-O-Matic CIM0430FAS Elevation Series™ ice machine head produces full-cube ice and can generate as much as 435 pounds of full-cube ice in 24 hours when ambient air is 70 degrees Fahrenheit and incoming water is 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Ideal for restaurants, cafes, and bars, full-cube ice can be used with soft drinks, liquor, and cocktails because it melts slowly without diluting the drink. Designed for use with an ice storage bin, this unit is self-contained to streamline installation, and its air-cooled system releases hot air from the top and side for installation flexibility.
To help maintain a sanitary unit for good-tasting ice, the Ice-O-Matic CIM0430FAS ice maker head includes one-touch controls to sanitize and descale the unit. Its smart LED light displays machine status and indicates when it needs to be cleaned, while Agion® antimicrobial agent slows growth of microbes between scheduled cleanings. Its plastic food zone can be wiped down quickly because it doesn't have hard-to-reach corners. Its internal components can be removed and washed in a commercial dishmachine, and to save space in a crowded kitchen, this unit measures 30.25 inches wide by 24.25 inches deep by 21.25 inches high.
