The Ice-O-Matic CIM0520FA/B25PP ice maker and bin has a plastic food zone to simplify cleaning and reduce potential surfaces where food matter could build. It makes full-cube ice, a common ice for beverages in a variety of establishments. To counteract exhaust obstruction, the maker head vents hot air through both the top and the side.
