The Ice-O-Matic CIM0526FA full-cube ice machine head is designed to keep a fresh supply of clean ice at commercial foodservice establishments, protecting the health and optimizing the satisfaction of patrons. This piece of equipment creates the largest cube option aside from gourmet ice; full-cube ice measures 7⁄8 of an inch cubed and is optimal for cocktails because its large dimensions enable slow melting that preserves the full liquor flavor.
Excellent for serving dining rooms, filling satellite bins, and stocking fresh-food displays, the Ice-O-Matic CIM0526FA modular cube ice maker should be paired with a bin that holds 370 pounds of ice—two-thirds of the unit's daily ice production. Its air-cooled system is the economical alternative to water-cooled and remote condensers, and it's simpler to install. The equipment in this machine is cooled by fresh air moving across the condenser.
