The Ice-O-Matic CIM0636FAS ice maker makes full-size cubes that are great for serving cocktails and soft drinks. Its air-cooled condenser produces from 455 to 600 pounds of ice daily depending on environmental factors. Because it's self-contained, it's simple to install and access for cleaning. When an LED status display informs users of needed maintenance, they can simply push a button to begin the sanitizing and descaling process. Built-in PURE ICE® antimicrobial agent inhibits the formation of bacteria and other microbes, while the SafeIce UV light sanitizes interior components to reduce yeast, viruses, and microorganisms during ice production.
The plastic food zone in the Ice-O-Matic CIM0636FAS full-cube ice machine doesn't contain hard-to-reach crevices that dust can become lodged in, making it simple to wipe clean. The components can also be removed and placed in a dishwasher if needed. Featuring a dual exhaust, this unit discharges air from the top and side, enabling safe installation against a kitchen wall.
