The Ice-O-Matic CIM0836FAS full-cube ice machine features PURE ICE® antimicrobial that inhibits bacterial formation. It also has a SafeIce UV light that sanitizes interior components to reduce microorganisms, yeast, and viruses from forming during ice production. To prevent dust buildup, the food zone contains no crevices, and its plastic components are dishwasher safe for thorough cleaning. When sanitizing or descaling is needed, users are alerted to push the one-click cleaning button with an LED status display. This unit discharges air from the front and side for installation against a kitchen wall.
