The Ice-O-Matic CIM0836HAS ice machine head is great for high-volume applications, producing as much as 896 pounds of ice daily. However, if operating conditions are less than ideal, it makes closer to 711 pounds of ice per day. It makes half-size cubes measuring 0.38 inches by 0.88 inches by 0.88 inches, suiting it for serving soft drinks and blended frozen beverages. This unit discharges air from the top and the side, and its refrigeration system is air cooled and self-contained to streamline installation.
Sanitization and descaling of the Ice-O-Matic CIM0836HAS half-cube ice maker can be accomplished using one-touch controls. To alert employees that maintenance is needed, an LED display provides the unit's status. Components of the food zone can be removed and cleaned in a dishmachine, and the section is made of plastic that can be wiped down.
