Components in the food zone snap out for dishwasher cleaning, and the food zone is made of plastic to facilitate cleaning. By pushing a button, users can make the unit perform sanitizing and descaling measures. Using a self-contained, water-cooled condenser, the ice machine head makes anywhere from 798 to 896 pounds of ice daily.
