It produces nugget ice, a type of that's enjoyed by diners due to its soft, chewable texture. Built with industrial grade roller bearing and a stainless steel auger and evaporator, this unit is designed to withstand recurrent use in an intensive environment. Adding a polished and professional appearance to the unit, its exterior features a stainless steel finish.
Keeping it ready to serve during periods of increased demand, the Ice-O-Matic GEM0650A/B55PS/KBT19 ice machine head with bin can store as much as 510 pounds of pre-made ice. Lined with foamed polyethylene, the bin preserves the ice to keep it from melting as it's stored. Beneath the bin, it's supported with 6-inch legs, and to keep the unit level, users can adjust the legs.
