The Migali® C-CB48 48″ wide, radiant broiler is excellent for grilling a variety of proteins and veggies. This model incorporates heavy-duty, cast iron, reversible cooking grates with angled sides for flat or sloped positions. Migali® “U” shape burners are robust, creating an even temperature across the radiant surface. Finally, the C-CB48 is also eye-catching, boasting a high polished stainless steel exterior and interior, (4) chrome temperature knobs, and stainless steel adjustable legs.

Natural Gas and Liquid PropaneThis model comes standard as a Natural Gas configuration, however, you can easily change to a Liquid Propane configuration by switching out the N.G. orifices with L.P. orifices. Both are provided with every unit.

Reversible Cooking GratesThese grates have both a flat and wide cooking surface and the long and narrow cooking surface. Choose what cooking grate surface is best for your cooking needs.
