The Migali C-RO4-12GL-NG Competitor Series® four burner gas range has one griddle with a 3⁄4-inch-thick polished steel plate to ensure quick, uniform cooking of bacon, eggs, and burgers. Its base has a standard oven with a single rack, which is adjustable for cooking a variety of foods. Because of the oven's porcelain-enameled interior, operators can conveniently clean debris and food particles from inside. Made of stainless steel, the exterior is durable for high-volume use.
Operating at 25,000 BTUs each, the four manually ignited burners in the Migali C-RO4-12GL-NG gas range can be adjusted using chrome knobs, and a high-limit safety feature will shut off the unit if the temperature rises to unsafe levels. It has a rear backsplash to ensure grease doesn't splatter on the kitchen wall while cooking.
