This three-door Maxx Cold mega-top prep table offers:
- Additional pan space compared to standard sandwich/salad stations
- Up to 18 cubic feet (510 L) of storage that accommodates 27 pans
- Can hold full-size sheet pans.
The durable construction of stainless steel is designed with:
- Easy grip recessed handles
- LED temperature display
- Comes equipped with sanitary food grade quality 9” deep polyethylene cutting board to efficiently accommodate your food service preparations.
The Megatop prep cabinet is equipped with:
- Adjustable heavy-duty wire shelves (1 per section/door)
- A full set of clip-on divider bars and twenty-seven (27) 4” deep plastic pans.
Our mega prep tables are engineered with polyurethane foam insulated walls and doors. Additionally, it features a solid-state digital control system, LED temperature display and an integrated condensate evaporator which means that no drain line connection is needed. This two-door commercial megatop prep unit is equipped with four 3” swivel casters (two with brakes) for easy maneuvering when needed.
Additionally, if ADA (American Disability Act) or lower profile requirements are needed, shorter caster options are available.
