This True STG1HRI89-1S Spec Series® roll-in heated cabinet is designed to hold warm cooked and baked food. Its roll-in design features a stainless steel ramp that enables carts and racks to be rolled in for storage. This unit is constructed of stainless steel and aluminum, which resist corrosion and are simple to clean. Its walls are foamed with polyurethane insulation to prevent warm air from escaping. Using two stainless steel heating elements, the interior stays between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Low-velocity fans evenly circulate warm air and a top vent can be adjusted to control the humidity level.
This True STG1HRI89-1S roll-in one-section holding cabinet has a stainless steel door with a metal handle that provides a sturdy grip when opening. To prevent theft and tampering, the door has a bolt-style lock and three cam-lift hinges to securely attach the door to the cabinet. The hinges enable the door to be left open past 120 degrees for loading and unloading and, when left open under 120 degrees, the door closes on its own to conserve energy. A magnetic gasket snaps into the door frame and can be removed without tools. The interior is illuminated with incandescent lights.
