The refrigeration system is top mounted, so it takes in less debris than bottom-mounted systems, which sit near the floor. However, this location can be difficult to access for maintenance. Employees can ensure the temperature in the freezer is ideal by monitoring it on the external display.

For 20 seconds after the condensing fan motor turns on, it blows in reverse to remove excess dirt, dust, and debris from the coil. Regular cleaning this part reduces the refrigeration system's energy consumption and ensures operation is efficient. It also helps the system maintain the coldest temperatures to maintain product freshness for as long as possible. While this self-cleaning feature doesn’t take the place of routine maintenance recommendations, it does increase the unit's lifespan.
