Using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit retains temperatures from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, which can be adjusted with digital controls. Once the unit's compressor is turned on, its fan motor uses reverse direction technology for 20 seconds to blow off dust, dirt, and debris. By removing build ups, the condensing coil can operate with more ease, and it helps maintain a cool environment. Despite this feature's efficiency, preventative maintenance should still be carried out.
