For efficiency, the True T-11-HC reach-in refrigerator has a self-contained capillary tube system with electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors. Using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the unit maintains a set temperature from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. With its accessible condenser coil, users can carry out preventive maintenance easily to ensure long-term operation. With routine maintenance and its compressor fan motor—which blows in a reverse direction for 20 seconds to remove dirt and dust buildup on top of the coil—this unit operates very efficiently. The entire cabinet and door are foamed in place with high-density polyurethane; the door features a self-closing, positive-seal design to reduce the risk of cold air escaping when it's not in use.
The True T-11-HC refrigerator cabinet includes three heavy-duty wire shelves coated in PVC plastic. Users can adjust the shelves in 1⁄2-inch increments on shelf support pilasters. With a 2013⁄16-inch-wide by 17-inch-deep structure, each shelf offers ample storage space. For easy cleaning, the unit interior features a clear-coated aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor with coved corners. The solid door extends across the full width of the unit and has a stainless steel construction with a white aluminum liner. Its 12-inch-long handle is secured with sheet metal to ensure it stays in place when pulled. To withstand daily wear, its front is made of stainless steel and its ends are constructed of anodized aluminum. The back is coated in GalFan—a zinc-aluminum alloy that resists corrosion.
