To withstand daily use, the True TBB-24-72G-S-HC-LD three-section bar refrigerator has a stainless steel front, sides, and top. Its rust-resistant top functions as a workspace for preparing drinks or running equipment. On the back, aluminum blends in seamlessly with the rest of the unit. Its doors are made of thermal-insulated glass, which shows the cabinet's contents to customers or staff. LED lights further enhance visibility in a variety of room lighting. Black PVC-coated shelves support items and help colored product pop, and the stainless steel interior floor features a lip to prevent leaks.
The True TBB-24-72G-S-HC-LD back bar cooler maintains steady temperatures from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit with a capillary tube system. Environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant courses through the tubes, creating cool temperatures. To block out heat, high-density polyurethane insulation is in the walls, and the doors have strong-sealing magnetic gaskets. Electronically commutated condenser and evaporator fan motors blow a consistent amount of cold air without producing much heat or using much energy.
With a consistently clean condensing coil surface, this unit can keep items cool without using as much energy. So every time the compressor turns on, the condensing fan motor blows in a reverse direction for 20 seconds, eliminating buildup of dirt and dust. Though this method is effective to improve coil function, preventive maintenance is still required to ensure it is working correctly. For maintenance and cleaning, this slide-out system can be accessed from behind the grille.
