The True TFP-72-30M-D-4 prep table includes 30 sixth-size food pans to hold fresh ingredients in the refrigerated prep area that is covered by foam-insulated steel lids, protecting food freshness and maintaining the energy efficiency of the equipment. A factory-balanced, capillary tube refrigeration system equipped with a forced air system ensures products held in the pans are kep
t between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit depending the temperature set by the operator. Flow of R134A refrigerant is regulated by a tube system.
The base of the True TFP-72-30M-D-4 food prep unit accommodates four full-size food pans, one in each stainless steel drawer, and the door section of the refrigerator contains two PVC-coated shelves that are adjustable in 1⁄2-inch increments. Those shelves can be used to store bulk goods, condiments, and other ingredients that need to be kept at food-safe temperatures. To move the unit, 21⁄2-inch-diameter castors are mounted to the bottom.
