True Refrigeration TH-23 Description

The True TH-23 heated holding cabinet keeps cooked and baked food warm and should not be used to heat cold or ambient products. It has a stainless steel front with aluminum ends and a GalFan-coated steel back, while its interior is lined with stainless steel. All of these materials provide corrosion and dent resistance, and for structure, its walls are foamed with polyurethane insulation. Enabling movement, 4-inch-diameter castors are included. This unit maintains set temperatures between 80 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. A stainless steel heating element efficiently generates heat, and low-velocity fans evenly disperse warm air throughout the cabinet. An external digital thermometer accurately displays the temperature.

The interior is illuminated with lights so product is visible. Its door is made of stainless steel, and because it is recessed, the 12-inch-long handle does not take up aisle space. Preventing warm air from seeping out, the door closes on its own, while a magnetic gasket snaps into the door frame and can be removed without tools. To control humidity, a top vent can be adjusted, and a water pan is included for foods that need extra humidity.
